Here is a tutorial on how to use Matic Bridge in the AlphaWallet app. If you are transferring tokens from Ethereum, you will receive exactly the same number of tokens on Polygon. Usually, it takes up to 5 minutes.

How long does it take to transfer ETH into Polygon?
Click “Sign” and you will be directed to their bridging portal to transfer your assets from Ethereum Mainnet to Polygon. Simply select which tokens you want to send, and click “Transfer”. It should take about 7-8 minutes to deposit your funds.
Can you transfer ETH to Matic?
Click on Move funds to Matic Mainnet. Click Transfer, then click Continue to move funds from Ethereum to Matic. You’ll be shown a transfer overview that shows the total gas required to bridge the token over, click Continue to proceed and follow the instructions on screen.
How long does it take to transfer to a Polygon wallet?
Once you confirm the transaction, you will see a Transfer in Progress popup which will show you the Deposit status. It will take about 22-30 minutes for the tokens to show up on Polygon.
